As a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Manager (Agency Side) you will have the ability to acquire and develop new business and respond to your clients’ needs in a pro-active and logical way. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle and beyond to ensure the best service is provided to your candidates and clients. As a leader you will manage all aspects of candidate attraction & placements including advertising, screening, interviews and ultimately negotiations of offers, and will be a driven sales person and enjoy the task of building long lasting profitable working relationships with your clients old & new!
