Our client is a world leading consumer electronics and mobile communication company. As a Key Account Manager based in UAE, this role will be responsible for Relationship management with OR Key Accounts with a focus on sales quantity and revenue growth along with monitoring OR sales operations and developing, monitoring and driving product demand, stock level and analyzing competitor.
• Hold a minimum of 3 years of experience as Key Account Manager with Principle “Organised Retail” Distributor • Proven track record of sales in UAE • Excellent PC skills- Excel, PowerPoint • Excellent skills in communication, relationship management, quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills and assertive nature. • Speaking Malayali is an added advantage
• Maintaining healthy relation with section manager, section heads, & Section Supervisors of the Key Retailer Accounts. • Maintaining good relationship with promoters and team leaders to keep them motivated on being positive. • Managing and monitoring promoter deployment and • Providing accurate and timely forecasts and required reporting to the management team. • Collecting and collaborating all the sales data and reporting to managemen • Liaising with Branding team and Retailer to ensure enhanced product visibility of products. • Branding negotiation with retailer marketing team on time to time basis • Demo units for all the device to be up and live for all stores • Catalogue closure with retailers – models to be highlighted in retailer catalogue • To make sure the brand is enlisted in the Key retailer web portal, and follow-up on any offer update changes. • Event – Negotiation for key event – DSF, Spring GITEX, GITEX, EID. • Replenishment of stock as per sell out to respective stores • Purchase Order follow up. • Controlling retailer ageing stocks • Weekly sell out and stock report from retailer • Reconciliation with Retailers on dues • Follow-up on stuck payment with retailer accounts team • Over all – Sell out for Key Retailer Accounts. • Achieving targets for Respective retailers • Conducting weekly meeting with buying team for better coordination • Managing Incentive plan for Store staff • Regular visits to stores to check hygiene at store level. • Driving business during key events like DSF, GITEX, etc. with different proposition
