Empty rubbish bins from the Kitchen area regularly • Clean and sanitize all equipment including all rubbish bins from food production and service areas • Ensure all crockery, pots, pans cutlery etc are washed, cleaned and maintained properly using specific chemicals and kitchen machinery safely • Wash, scrub Kitchen walls, floors and kitchen areas regularly • Clean Kitchen machinery filters and hoods regularly to maintain equipment to the highest standards • Arrange all silverware, crockery, pots and pans etc in the correct storage areas • Report all accidents and breakages to the Chief Steward • Work in a safe manner and abide by the Occupational Health & Safety Legislation and Standards • Adhere to Food & Safety Hygiene Standards (HACCP) • Comply with specific guidelines and procedures related to chemicals and cleaning materials • Carry our any other duties as instructed by the shift Supervisor/senior
