This role is responsible for managing a team to deliver operational excellence across the assigned customer account portfolio.The postholder will also be responsible for allocating targeted revenue, gross contribution, managing client mobilizations and oversight of the day-to-day delivery of operations. This includes planning, coordinating, managing manpower services, delivering operational efficiencies, improving service delivery, and to ensuring profitable contract performance.

• Maintain, and be able to provide guidance on, an in-depth knowledge of the legal requirements, internal and external, related to the day-to-day management of mobilisations, reducing legal risks, guaranteeing regulatory compliance • Manage, motivate and develop the team, ensuring they are motivated to achieve their full potential and working towards a common goal • Act as a role model to encourage development of high performing individuals and teams; motivating employees to deliver consistently high levels of performance and continuous improvement • Monitoring the financial performance of the account portfolio, contract profitability and control on spend, resource allocation and budget management • Ensure all contracts are commercially complaint, flagging any potential breeches to Management Team • Understand the commercial agreement and manage the service delivery within the timelines and deliverables of the contract • Ensure customer account are delivering to budgeted targets, revenue and gross contributions, contributing to the department P&L. Accountable to ensure customer accounts are accurately forecasted and budgeted is accurately captured, reported and delivered. Responsible for negotiation commercial contracts with clients, identify and set up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work • Ensure invoices are raised by Finance Team in line with the services that have been delivered to the client and manage the client payment cycle to ensure prompt payment. • Proactively manage the relationship with the client in line with the RACI matrix under the guidance of the Account Manager • Manage the key contacts and relationship within your account portfolio, ensure the account is full managed and relationships are developed at every level. • Provide ideas on growth initiatives to maximize the potential opportunities with new clients and contacts • Drive a lean culture within the team, focused on operational excellence and business performance • Ensure direct reports are focused on value added activity, working towards achieving the goals on the balanced score cards
