To service, supply and provide turndown service for guest rooms and provide a high level of comfort for guests at all times

Clean, replenish, maintain and prepare guests rooms as per each Hotels standard • Use and maintain all chemicals, supplies and equipment carefully and as per each Hotels standard • Vacuum and mop floors, clean/disinfect guest bathrooms to a high standard and make guests beds daily/change bedding as required • Replace towels, soaps and other guest room amenities • Shampoo carpets and upholstered furniture • Empty garbage bins daily • Move and position cleaning trolley in the guest corridor as per each Hotels standard ensuring a safe and hazard free area • Carry out and complete daily task control sheet as per each Hotels standard • Report all malfunctioning tools, incidents and guest room issues to the Supervisor on duty • Report all lost and found objects as per each Hotels standard • Report any unusual guest behaviors or activities as per each Hotels standard • Carry our any other duties as instructed by the shift Supervisor/senior
