We are recruiting for a Program Lead for an Aero manufacturing company in Al, Ain, Abu Dhabi.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in program/project management in aerospace industry, at least 4 of which must have been in the leadership position Experience in management and delivery of aerospace transfer programs at portfolio which generate revenue in access of approximately AED 75mn annually through to the end of the program lifecycle An undergraduate degree in Engineering field (e.g., engineering, project engineering, systems engineering, operations or computer science) Project Management Certification (PMI or equivalent) is a must

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for directing program(s) from inception through completion, monitoring the set budget, devising an action plan in case of any deviation and implementing process improvement, standardization and project management methodologies and best practices to enhance profitability of the program. - Business Development - Project Planning - Project Coordination - Project Tracking - Sales Order Management - Reporting & Review - Profitability Improvement - QHSE & Risk Management - Continuous Improvement
