To ensure the delivery of smooth and efficient functioning of the customer service desk of a retail venue by assisting customers with their day to day transactions and queries.
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.) Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping Proficient in English (oral and written) Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Strong communication and people skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Problem-solving skills Customer service orientation High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
Providing all customers with services and ensuring expectations are met effectively. Have a high level of product knowledge of the property and its facilities. Handle day to day queries from customers and stake holders. Answer telephone calls and queries. Keep records of customer service requests, feedback and complains. Prepare shift banking at the close of each shift, whenever cashiering transactions have been made, ensuring that the work is accurate , in balance and correctly recorded. Ensure all cash are deposited at the end of the shift in accordance of the company policies and procedures. Carry out meet and greet duties when needed by the center and for tour related groups, schools ect.. Work with customer service team leader to make sure all directories are up to date. Assist customer service team leader in gathering / collecting in store merchandise and activities such as sales , promotions and ensuring all staff are aware of the same. Report any supplier shortage, equipment that is faulty.
