A leading events management and promotions company requires an experienced Project Associate for their Abu Dhabi division. Successful incumbents with excellent communication and project execution skills will expedite the below major scope. Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success

Job Responsibilities

Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers Be in charge of hiring personnel (staff and supplier’s etc.) Coordinate all operations Lead promotional activities for the event Supervise all staff (event/project coordinator’s etc.) Approve all aspects before the day of the event Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports Agreeing project objectives Representing the client's or organization’s interests Providing advice on the management of projects Organizing the various professional people working on a project Carrying out risk assessment Making sure that all the aims of the project are met Business development
