A reputed government entity in Abu Dhabi requires a "Legal Counsel" ( UAE National ) to provide legal advice for entire entity and client public relations. Successful incumbent will possess degree in law and over 6 years of relevant expertise working within legal departments. Major scope displayed below:

Job Responsibilities

Provide legal advice to the management of the entity in legal related matters. Formulation, negotiation and approval of contracts/ agreements (Licensing, leasing, insurance, training, local/ international service providers) to the Academy and make recommendations. Lead legal matters to support the implementation of the entity's strategy and provide legal representation to deliver strategic vision and business growth opportunities. Predict problems and assess risk, in coordination with the Strategy Manager and identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks. Attend management meetings, as needed, in relation to the entity's strategy or other initiatives. Ensure the implementation of legal guidelines and ensure compliance with local policies.
