Job Description

Showroom Operational Support including: Efficiently completing vehicle invoicing of vehicles via SAP IS Auto. Vehicle management, maintaining daily report & communicating with stakeholders. Assist in Showroom Vehicle Display matrix, inventory management, Initiating and managing the process for new car registration and demonstrator deregistration. Maintaining forward order requests by coordinating with order planning team in HO. Coordinating between branch and AF logistics in interbranch transfer. Work in conjunction with sales team to provide consistently high level of customer satisfaction and complete general showroom administration duties including liaising with HR, STS and other Maintain and publish sales report on daily basis Accurate handling and producing of reports via SAP IS Auto with regards to stocks, monthly invoices etc. ZVTK update Customer tagging report.
