Minimum 5 years of experience in after-market sales, commercial sales, retail sales and facility. Management sales with an understanding of the Industry Logistics within Middle East. Multi-Cultural experience in the Middle East region. English language proficiency is a must. Arabic and/or Urdu are preferable. Valid UAE driver’s license is a must. Bachelor’s degree in relevant to Business or Engineering
Coordinate the Customer Services spare parts sales processes and positioning per market within regional coverage. Visit on quarterly basis the regional markets to gather information, build benchmark strategies, improve performance, and generate potential business opportunities. Analyze data to monitor performance, plan improvement and demand for the MENA markets. Analyze the database in order to report current market competitive situations in order to facilitate sales strategies, study customer ordering behavior, and gain insight into end-users penetration of parts. Provide analyses regarding data trends, history, and forecasts. Develop, maintain and analyze Sales budgets. Ensure daily prices and discounts are implemented timely and accurately. Insure proper documentation including Spare parts blanket orders, Quotation Track pool, Growth analysis per Aftermarket Key account clients & maintenance contract growth price & profit. Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to Supply Chain, Aftermarket Service field operation, Administration & Contracts and Operations management in a timely manner. Follow and monitor accurate billing to clients based on agreed pricing while ensuring accurate collection in coordination with Finance Department. Co-ordinate with logistics management to provide all the outstanding delivery orders on time. Ensure deep understanding of the marketplace and customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet with new customers on weekly basis to generate new opportunity within the regional market. Implement the market incentive programs (regional campaigns, revised pricing strategies and specific market campaigns) in coordination with Pre-sales department. Manage the activities of the Customer Support Specialists that interact daily with Service client base to further enhance the sales process end to end. Provide coaching for the Customer Support Staff, support and direct them in day-to-day business. Define the sales targets (quantitative and qualitative) and control the target achievement – safeguard net revenue targets with clear roadmaps implementation. Safeguard compliance measures implemented
