Position Title: Associate Manager – Finance & Accounts Reports To: RFC Department: Finance & Accounts
To support RFC in managing the regions financial activities and prepare periodical analysis and reports on the company's figures that inform and shape future strategic direction and diagnose the current organizational health and status. Support RFC in monthly analysis of business performance. Ensure that the book of accounts is closed on time. Ensure the audit is closed as per the timeline. Analyse cash flow, cost, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyse financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Support RFC in statutory, tax and internal audits. Ensure proper tax planning for the region & compliance with local tax laws. This is in consultation with RFC and coordination with local accountants. Support RFC in building robust internal control processes & SOP’s after understanding the operations and business needs.
