Diploma or Bachelors degree holder. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office. Excellent Customer service skills. Strong communication skills in English. Skilled at multi-tasking in fast paced environment.
Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls accordingly. Assist with supplier inquiries, sort and distribute incoming mail. Support Office Administrator and Operations Director with ad-hoc projects. Assistant with coordination of office maintenance. Plan and coordinate with internal team to prepare facility for client meetings and training sessions. Effectively communicate important messages and important office visitors to all staff. Other duties as assigned by management team.
