Bachelor degree holder. Candidates with two to three years experience in the similar role. Customer-service skills. Basic computer knowledge.
Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment. Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees. Make sure the office premise is clean. Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties. Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees. Assists in menial office tasks required by the office staff; like photocopying documents, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc. Delivers and serves lunch, tea, water and other snacks to staff as per their requirements.
