To ensure the efficient, accurate and smooth operation of the EMEA Regional Departments to ensure the Regional Heads can perform his/her duties. This role also supports the reception and other administrative and office tasks.

Provide executive secretarial services of a professional standard o Telephone and calendar management of Regional Heads o Arrange for their executive meetings o Arrange for their travel based on the Company Travel Policy o Manage business expenses of Regional Heads • Cross Functional Communication o Maintain records for departments as requested by Regional Heads o Liaise with Senior Executives / their PAs in the Region and Country/Territory o Coordination of correspondence from other territories • Office Services o Manage meeting room bookings o Coordination of couriers for all staff (Aramex) o Reception: Greet, guide and support visitors in the DIFC office The successful candidate will have the following characteristics: • Excellent command of English (must) & Arabic (desirable) • College graduate - degree • Responsible, mature and conscientious • Good planning and prioritization skills • Sound Analysis Skills • Dynamic, self-disciplined • High levels of integrity • Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
