To make sure and maintain that all the information in the system and trackers are always up to date and can be easily retrieved as and when required. Prepare all transmittal's and letters related to the function.
Educated up to diploma level. Knowledge in document control process, procedures, gained through formal training or work experience. Minimum Experience: At least 4 to 5 years related work experience in document control or clerical office works.
Coordinate all activities related to the Administrative and Technical Document control process. Quality handling project assigned, close coordination with the Contractor’s and Consultant’s and ensure that the standard project procedure is being followed. Support the project team in all document control related matters for the smooth implementation and completion of the project. Attend to incoming requisition from Leasing Manager, Tenant Coordinator and other departments and ensure that the entire request is being actioned on time. Prepare outgoing transmittals to internal & external customers. Maintain updated records in the system and ensure that the information is accurate and up to date. Generate the various document control reports as required. Make sure that physical filing is always up to date and can be easily retrieve as and when required. Coordination with team and customers to strictly implement Retail Delivery standard policy & procedure and guidelines. Efficiency in processing of documents, filing shall be up to date and uploading of electronic file in Project Wise and Bentley shall be up to date. To ensure that the dispatch and collection of tenants documents are properly coordinated.
