Bachelor's degree holder, majoring in accounting will be highly preferred. English demonstrated ability to read and write fluently. PC skills demonstrated ability to work with email programs and MS Excel. Honest, enthusiastic, hardworking.
Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Follow up and track required office maintenance issues with the building management. Distribute couriers transmittals and ensure sending them to the relevant staff. Preparing reports and managing it to be up to date. Transfer all requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
