Candidate have high school education or diploma prefers. Candidate with two to three years experience in the same role. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Excellent communication skill in English. Answer and direct phone calls to concerned staff. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Provides information by answering questions and requests. Submit and reconcile expense reports. Provide general support to visitors. Write, photocopy and print various documents. Create and maintain an accurate filing system. Order and maintain stationery and managing office equipment. Preparing letters, presentations, and reports. Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems.
