Ensure Consitent formatting across all reports. Report inaccuracy associated with finacial implications for the company therefore report and data accuracy is essentia. Adhere to tight deadlines for report packs to be ready for presentation to the management and client review and amend daily reports prepared by the operational teams to ensure readiness for submission to clients. Ensure the roll out of computer Aided facilities management CAFM system across all the cleaning contracts with ICT assistance, ensuring that accurate reporting and consistent information is being uploaded in the system. Maintain optimum levels of information are uploaded into computer Aided Facilities management (CAFM) system
