Job Requirements

Candidate should Diploma or Degree in Accounting. Candidate with two years experience as cashier. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Must have analytical skills. Highly accurate, policy compliant and demonstrative responsibility in dealing with cash. Must work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate with other staff for product inquiries and price checks. Greets customers and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate party. Answers routine billing questions/issues from customers. Handles cash transactions between customers and companies. Processes credit and debit cards, helping customers use processing equipment. Receives and processes all payments according to standard procedures. Informs customers about products available and assess customer requirements.. Counts money back to customers in an accurate and concise manner. Resolve escalated issues.
