A leading UAE based business setup company is looking for a Group HR Manager.

Job Requirements

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and CIPD would be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible in developing / implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, developing and implementing group wide performance appraisal program, supervising HR Executives, preparing semi-annual HR requirement plans, recommending compensation and benefit program to Board of Directors, implementing approved plans and ensuring legal compliance throughout HR management. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and CIPD would be an advantage.
