Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High school with valid UAE Driving License Job-Specific Skills: Good command of English, Defensive Driving abilities, knowledge of vehicle operations. Behavioural Competencies: Good communication skills, Effective listening and Customer focus, Flexible

Job Responsibilities

Ensures that the associate will have FLOWER check on transaction basis before he starts the service. Reports to Manager or Supervisor if there is any assistance required Ensures that Customer transfer services had been completed as per scheduled timings without delays or gaps. Adheres to timing gaps between various pick up and drop off points, being flexible and following UAE Traffic Regulations at all time. Highlights timely service of the vehicle and maintenance jobs as required, reporting to Manager or Supervisor. Maintains daily accurate records of the transfer details. Ensure all Hertz Standard policies and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure Customer satisfaction. When required, any Customer Complaints or Comments are escalated to the Supervisor/ Manager as per process agreed
