Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required; Masters or advanced degree a plus. Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic vision into their business. Self-motivated with a strong affinity for problem solving. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain and update a prospective Client pipeline by prospecting calls. Develop and maintain candidate relations through relationship driven calls and meetings. Assisting relationship leads with the management of new business prospects. Campaign management in conjunction with the marketing and events team. Analyze market and establish competitive advantages. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
