Bachelor degree holder with experience in the similar role. Excellent time management and self-organizing. Solution focused and High problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience with usage of MS office and related tools.
Handle different levels of customers via e-mail and phone calls and direct to concerned staff if necessary. Ensuring that all queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient and customer focused manner. Progress and resolve routine problems referred by customers or suppliers in accordance with operating guidelines. Maintain regular and productive communications with customers and the company’s field based personnel. Maintain up to date customer information on system databases. Produce customer invoices and assist with accounting related queries.
