we are looking for a mechanical foreman with the below qualifications

Job Requirements

Should have minimum 6 - 10 Years Oil & Gas experience. Core experience in maintenance of heavy equipment within a workshop environment. Should have some offshore experience. Must be currently working in a supervisory level role. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Responsibilities

Involved in Executing structural fabrication of different units of Oil and Gas Refinery Plant. Where Fabrication jobs Carried: - Pipe Rack, Reactor Structure, Equipment Supporting Structure, Builtup sections from plates, Beams, Columns, Bracings, Circular Platforms, Tower Fabrication, Hand Rails, Monkey Ladders, Panel Assembly, Module Assembly. Ensuring proper fitment and Welding sequence in order to attain the requirement as specified in drawing. Proper allocation of material so as to attain work flow and target. Coordinating with Design and Engineering Department on ambiguity pertaining to particular drawings so that the work doesn't halt's. Ensuring production as per Erection sequence. Involving in regular tool box talk and imparting knowledge among workmen. Manpower utilization to meet production target.
